COVID-19 Update:
03/25/2020 A Message to our Customers
March 25, 2020 – The health and safety of our employees and customers remains Buchanan & Hall’s top priority. As we continue to monitor the latest updates, recommendations and policies from the government and health agencies, we are committed to doing our part to stop the spread of COVID-19.
As an essential service, Buchanan & Hall will remain OPEN for business. However, effective immediately our office will be closed to all walk-in traffic. Customers who require parts are asked to call ahead so we may arrange a safe way to get the parts to them. Customers who require sales or service, are asked to call or email us. Payments will have to be arranged over the phone, email or e-transfer.
Deliveries from our suppliers should be dropped by the shipping door. We request that they not be brought into the office.
Buchanan & Hall will only be offering essential services to our customers.
Prior to doing any service for our customers, we will be asking if they have been experiencing any flu like symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with flu like symptoms.
All employees who are sick will stay home. If they have flu like symptoms, we will ask that they contact their healthcare provider or public health department. If any of their close family members are experiencing flu like symptoms, employees will be asked to stay home as well.
All employees are trying their best to follow everyday precautionary measures such as:
– Avoiding contact with people who are sick
– Thorough and frequent hand washing
– Avoiding touching their face, eyes, nose or mouth
– Avoiding touching other persons hands, tools or phones
– Covering their mouth and nose with their arm if they cough or sneeze
– Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces
– Avoiding travel.
As the situation evolves, we will continue to review these measures to ensure we are doing our very best to protect our employees and our customers. We want to do our part in helping keep our communities safe.
